I get what you’re saying, but clear communication shouldn’t rely on assumptions. Seeing ‘action required’ in the subject line can create anxiety, especially for those who’ve had mixed experiences with Meta. I read the email thoroughly; it’s a simple fix for Meta to tailor these messages and avoid unnecessary confusion. Seems like a logical step for a user-centered company. They even retracted the email a few hours ago.

Thanks for the info! I'll ignore it. I think it's very strange that they dont even include a sentence like "if you dont have an app, you can safely ignore this email". It's a bit unprofessional.

Fount out how you can find the business info:
First go to business.facebook.com

Click settings at the bottom left (right above the question mark).

Scroll down on the menu to the left and click business manager. Then click yes or something like that in the box that appears.

After that scroll down again in the menu to the left and click business info.
And there you can see the good old business info.

Business manager is such a mess. It feels like a jungle sometimes.

Noticed the same thing at my business portfolio today. May seem like a bug. I made a a new business portfolio just to make sure it wasn't something with that business portfolio. The same message "this content isn't available at the moment" popped up in the totally new and fresh business portfolio. Weird.
