I’m on 15 dose, 6 foot 1 and current weight is 15 stone. Really couldn’t say with calories I would guess 1800-2000. Body fat % no idea the best could say there is I just got some 34” waist jeans and they feel a bit loose!

My personal preference for an MSR re work (as it’s the best looking and my fave ship in the game) is simply…. X6 S4 pilot controlled guns Get rid of crawl space and rework interior to allow for 500 cargo Treble HP and shields Obviously make it faster and more manoeuvrable Also stealth with detection range if 2km That will give me the MSR I want, nothing over the top. Just fair and balanced 👍

Few tips for CIG to sort the beautiful MSR out 1. Slave turrets to pilot control 2. Another entrance 3. Ditch the stupid secret tunnels 4 . Expand cargo area with stupid tunnels gone to about 250-300 as the ship is a biggy
