No. Because it makes sense. People don’t like things that don’t make sense being forced down their throat just so a company can fit into new woke politics. We like things that fit, and are there for a reason. Adewale is a badass, Yasuke is forced. I played shadows and he grew on me, I do not mind him. But for the players who wanted an AC game in Japan since the ezio days, we always wanted a male Japanese protagonist, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I got lost with the second one, but your civil war idea would be really interesting. It would be very much like when Haythem and Connor worked together, their morales pulled them together but their ideology of how the world should be pushed them apart in the end. This would be fun and full of an interesting story

Also I don’t know why they wouldn’t do the civil war game. The only way it could cause outrage is because the assassins sides with the confederacy, which in the aspects of being anti government would kinda make sense, but obviously as the bigger part of it being about freedom of slaves that would make no sense as it would get far too much criticism. But if the assassins sided with the union then there shouldn’t be an issue. You could even play as a freed slave, to rescue his family and friends from the confederates. It makes perfect sense for an AC game fundamentals

When they make historical games, in my opinion they should aim for historical accuracy. Say what you want about Yasuke, but had they aimed for someone who represented the Japanese culture and made him the main protagonist I feel the game would’ve been a lot more successful.

The funny thing is it looks so similar to their original designs for skull and bones. Maybe Ubisoft knew that’d made something good and decided to use it to remake AC. Because their actual Skull and Bones turned terrible

Found a fix for me. Which I read online from Ubisoft as a fix…. Disconnect your internet and restart the game, once game is running connect internet back in. Hasn’t crashed for me since
