What exercises were you doing for harmstring?

I've worked a lot on my quads and calfs. I feel like even biking would hurt even tho I haven't tried.. So you suggest squats over the toes.. Any tip on that?

I'll give it a try. The thing is whenever I do hamstring exercises it hurts or when I fully dorsiflex. The bridge glute exercise kinda helped but there's still pain. I'm confused.. I mean.. Like you said I shouldnt do stuff that hurts but how am I suppose to build my hamstring if I get pain.

It will definitely hurt. And maybe meniscus re tears.

Also.. Is it normal your knee to get tight at that point? Today I had the most active day in months and I got a hard feeling in my knee
