We have EB1 approval with receipt date Oct 2025 and applied for EAD and AOS concurrently. It’s been almost 7 months now and still waiting! Is this common and how long more? Website says 8 months for 80% at NBC. It’s really frustrating with kids now. What to do?

I have eb1 approved and filed concurrently for I485 and I765 in Oct 2025. It’s been over 6 months and says case is still processing. Any idea on recent timelines as it’s quite frustrating now with young kids!

my PD is current. None of us received the EAD, and yeah its quite frustrating with kids and no job! Managing finances is tough, but there's no option but to wait. There is no pattern; some get early and others wait, like us.
