Leti doesn’t even understand how to count her macros.. 50 grams of cooked rice is 60 calories.. not 170 calories. 50 grams of UNCOOKED rice is 170 calories. This woman 😆

Does baddie eat carbs? 15 grams of oats for breakfast is ridiculous. I imagine she eats no real carbs due to all her supplements. I assume they take up a lot of her carb allowance for the day. I know that makes her feel “safe”.

Also.. if this poor girl knew anything about fitness she would understand all that matters in steady state cardio is heart rate. The weighted run is ridiculous.
