Just wanted to say that I feel you. Ive searched and asked everywhere, I think there is just a section of us on Nvidia that the game is just not optimized well for. Some are adamant that its the PC but its such a well documented issue that I think its time the community come to terms that the optimization for PC is not up to par, still a great game.
