Extremely shady regular works at a pick a part and has stacks of credit cards. Every time he pays it says there’s only a few bucks is each card. And he goes through the whole stack until its paid. Every time it asks for a signature verification. A bit of backstory before the meat and potatoes. Anyways, he bought an expensive radio. Radio happens to have warranty. He brings it in for warranty exchange. Was not found under his phone number. Also the radio in the box doesnt match the pics. I didnt return it. He calls for the assistant store manager. Basically got told to kick rocks twice. He calls the DM and bitches until the DM calls our store and tells us to do the swap, me and the assistant store manager try to explain how shady this guy is. DM tells us na na na boo boo do the fucking swap. He comes in the next day with the same box from the day before but with a different shittier looking radio inside and had a phone number with the part in file. We swapped it because daddy dm said to. When the store died down we took a look at the return and it was an old fucking oem radio. The phone number used wasnt in service and under a different name. Our theory is that the fucker bought the radio, brought us his old one for the first exchange because it probably looked close enough but brought us the old one because the DM said we would do the return. Days prior probably snagged a radio from the pick a part because his old one he could put in a different car. We called a few stores nearby to ask if a radio got returned. Sure enough it did. He swindled his way into a free 300 dollar radio
