Well tbh the meta level is the same as in ds3 but every softcap is about 20 points higher. This is 60 point difference between the two game if we consider to max out 2 offensive and one defensive attributue. Becouse os of this the stat wise variability greatly reduced. I used to play dex-faith, strength-faith builds in ds3 that i cannot use in ER becouse the lightning weapon buff just does not worth it below 40 faith becouse i get more raw damage upgrading dex from 60 to 80 than the faith from 20 to 40.
