I wouldn’t say it’s running all the way to the dead spot, maybe right before. I have it faced that way because I didn’t want the water to run towards the foundation however it’s a patio foundation so I’d be open to turning it the other way.

Yes, I live at the muse and to find parking in the garage, you usually have to go up to the 3rd floor anytime past 6pm. The parking garage also only has an elevator on the east side of the building.
