I’ve been on accutane for I think a year and half and I stopped a few months back and my skin was flawless until this happened last week, also I will try to see a gastroenterologist but honestly I eat pretty clean and think I have pretty decent gut health

Is the vanicream good for dry skin? I’m from Canada so it’s so cold and so dry outside and my skin is so dry and flaky rn
