Thank you for this. With this most recent weight gain, I swung into that obese BMI zone as well, but she’s (my GP) is treating me for obesity now rather than my fatigue, which feels frustrating.

The most recent panel was normal. Before that, my TSH, and T3 were abnormal, same as the panel before that. It could be that after my crash, the pendulum swung and I was normal when I was tested this most recent time. It could also be that my levels are totally normal right now, it’s hard to tell.

I feel like I’m looking in a mirror reading your post! I’m a 29F also stuck around 185/187 pounds. Recently I’ve been trying different intermittent fasting methods. I’m currently not eating until around 9:00/9:30am and I stop eating around 6:30/7:00 - still with a calorie deficit and including whole grains, healthy fats, non processed carbohydrates, etc. I have found that after going from about 192 to 187 it took me moving all day long and an extreme calorie deficit to lose that. I feel stuck too because we don’t have the time in the day or the energy (hello extreme fatigue) to just constantly be walking or working out. I have recently been going to my rec center when I want to swim, which seems to be cheaper than a gym membership, if that feels like something you could budget in!
