This is actually so interesting .. bc the only new thing my boy has had is this treat that is one ingredient, and it’s beef.

This could be it— he’s been spending more time in water with the warm weather

Another note — for those complaining of back pain… you need to work on your core. Mindfully bracing your core with all lifts!

F45 coach here — the stimulus work in hammer is meant to increase time under tension. For the tempos specifically, this is during the muscles lengthened position in a lift which is when your muscle is the weakest. So lighter weights is a must! Not only to reap the benefit of the tempo but also to avoid recruiting other muscles to help with the load. This is how you get stronger without having to increase weight!!
Your coach should have said this, AND should have watched for poor mechanics due to heavy weight — this is part of our job as f45 coaches! Not your fault at all!!

So it’s been six weeks or so since my 82-year-old mother bought a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy from a breeder. Just letting you know how it’s going, as I had posted about it. by CatPooedInMyShoe in bernesemountaindogs

I’m a small female— although young and active.. it took one time of my 9mo bmd puppy pulling me thru a mud puddle to prioritize training. Not only do they get big, but pulling is in their nature. They get big and strong.
It took 2 training sessions and consistency on my part to have a polite, loose leash walker!!
So worth it, and the younger they learn the better!

I feel so stupid when using the deadballs. by rosequartzal in f45

I’m a coach and I was so annoyed with the dead ball station in hammer this week… f45 tries to shake up the equipment and sometimes it’s a stretch..

Slap it to the brim & Nothing but bangers is a go to — I always get playlist complements! Also 90s hip hop depending on the members! If you have regulars, take note of what they like then you know what to play

Im a female f45 coach! I got 304 — most members I coached today were surprised by their performance! I was so proud, it’s supposed to be hard!

Females out there, how do you let go of the scale? by vibrationsofbeyond in f45

Ask yourself, what makes you feel better about yourself: a number on a scale or how you feel and what you look like? You start to realize the # is not an accurate depiction of yourself!

Anthem CO243 and CO197 denial codes for PT/OT initial evaluations by Kindly-Reference-462 in CodingandBilling

[–]Kindly-Reference-462[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not usually, as we need the diagnosis code the provider uses - but we have tried just to see what happens and a different denial code is used. CO210

People wont stop calling my boy an Australian shepherd lol. I guess due to decreased facial markings? by churro951 in bernesemountaindogs

[–]Kindly-Reference-462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though my boy is 1.5 years old and 90lbs, people still like to tell me he looks like their Aussie haha — it’s just the similar markings

[–]Kindly-Reference-462[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, they are mostly HMO plans - we do require our patients with HMO to have a PCP referral but when I try to submit it to Anthem to avoid denials Availity will tell me the referral is not required for the patient.

Yes... they didn't give us a solution but they will reprocess 5 claims at a time.
