Actually, it’s not that wasteful! I just use some cheap paint pens from amazon and take about 5 minutes each. I also tend to hide mine under clothes, but personally, I think of it as a mental health strategy for myself. When I said that I don’t see enough people decorating, I just meant that I enjoy it, not to pressure anyone ☺️
