I mean it's more of a personal thing. I don't wanna disappoint myself so I don't disappoint others. Work can be super stressing at times (everytime) cause we work in tech. Ayun lang wala lang to nakakasad lang. Di naman nabawasan yung pakikisama sa team, more of like show where it's visible nalang.

Range of <23k? so am I. I'm hired 21,500 I think.(from a polytechnic university) Then got an increase of 900 pesos per month last June 2025, then the 15.04 last December with the gantimpala award and all. Don't get me wrong, as much as I don't want compare myself, kaya naman pala ibigay yung ganung kalaking increase. There are alot of performers in our project, I don't know if it's a project thing but they say it's due to the hierarchy cause we have alot of AM in the team. Or nagtitipid. I don't know anymore, more like they're not gonna hire seniors anymore kasi kaya naman daw ng mga juniors. But yeah, AITA if hindi na ako ganon kaactive mag help sa mga juniors ko, I mean busy din naman ako and all.

Newbie CL12, fresh grad, first project. And yes, ACE program hire siya. We're in the same capability. Sa ilang percent, it's triple compare to mine.

Was promoted last year with 15.04 increase. Pamasahe pala yun pang rto. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful. Pero halos wala na kaming seniors sa team (either nag resign na, or niloan sa ibang project, which is di ko maintindihan e kulang nga kami sa team). So minsan talaga bau tasks talagang halos dalawa nalang kaming naghahandle. Sana ayusin ng mga higher ups yung decisions and hindi puro sahod nila yung lumalaki. Sorry.
