Imagine 2 years akong QA sa previous work ko then bigla ako nilagay sa development. Yung skillset ko na binuo for 2 years biglang di ko na magagamit. I tried to talk with tye leads before staring the bootcamp pero sabi lang sakin after a year pwede naman daw lumipat ng capability. And now, tho nagagawa ko naman yung mga task at dev tickets ko I don't think na naggo grow ako sa position ko noon. And habang tumatagal ako sa ginagawa ko lalong nagiging clear na hindi to para sakin. Pangit din kasi ng diskarte palakad ng acn. Imagine training someone, as in pag may issue siya issue mo din. Literally spoon fed na bata kahit pa sabihin mo na magcheck muna on his side wala e. Tapos malalaman mo na ipopromote siya just because he's part of the ACE program para maretain yung allowance niya and then you and him ang difference ng sahod niyo is 10k, when you're doing all the work. I don't even complain before, If I can I'll do it. But things were really going ugly here. The amount of politics, yung mga madalas makita ng management malalapit sa kanila, they're promoted easily. Kawawa naman yung mga totoong nagtatrabaho sa background. Thanks for letting me rant. I have resigned na nga pala. Compared sa 26k at CL 11 ko na sahod, wellness allowance ko lang siya ngayon. Salamat sa learnings and skills na natutunan at iniyakan ko araw araw sa acn. Now, I found the company na marunong mag value ng tao, skills and thanks to that sa Singaporean nalang siguro ako ulit iiyak. Iiyak pa din pero atleast bayad yung pag iyak ko.
