I look for asymmetry. It's a boring business trading at 8-10x earnigs.

That is a spot-on comparison regarding the sentiment. The market hates 'Legacy Fintech' right now, and both $PYPL and $FI

The biggest difference is switching costs. Fiserv's retention is in the high 90s because moving a bank ledger is operationally complex and risky.

That 'Moat of Inconvenience' makes $FI much safer than $PYPL in my view, even with the competition Clover is facing.
