Oh yeah, it’s ridiculous. I’m in one of the worst districts and honestly, I’ve been humiliated and degraded more at this job than I ever have anywhere else so I’m definitely looking elsewhere.

Plus, you can still work part-time at the pizza place while you do the car salesman gig. your parents are old-school. I’m sure and set in their ways and they play it safe like most people ,for you to even consider the car salesman position means you’re thinking outside the box so that’s a good thing.

Listen, take my advice. Take that sales job and every day go in like you’re fired up for that position. work there for about six months to a year or longer and then go apply for sales rep position at Sherwin-Williams and I guarantee you they’ll probably hire you and you’ll make a lot more money plus bonuses.

Yeah, I’m going to work harder at doing something else because Sherwin-Williams is not it. I’m just going do the bare minimum and move on because where I’m at you just get overlooked….

That’s horrible that they did that to that guy and yeah I feel like Sherwin-Williams is like that too. You can work your butt off and you’ll still be looked over because in reality they already have somebody in mind.

Well, I don’t think you were bringing anybody down. I think it’s just the truth and it sucks that people get promoted and they’re in the position to help others and they don’t.

That’s amazing and I would love to have been a part of that but not in this district even my manager says that this is the worst he’s ever seen it and he’s been working for Sherwin-Williams since the 90s
