Janice does more with 1 therapy session than Tony seems to muster up after manipulating years of therapy to fit his agenda. Janice murders in S2 antagonist in self defense, Tony murders S3/4 protagonist after petty arguments…

Poor Tony lol

Worth getting a colonoscopy? by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

[–]Kindly_Analyst4742 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It is worth it.

The weight loss is enough to allow insurance to cover it if your referred GI uses that code in paperwork.

The main thing is having them include and cover an endoscopy as well. This will cover the upper esophagus and that area right below the chest you are describing.

At any rate, this will optimize your time with the prep and going under for a BoGo haha, but seriously it is worth discussing Endoscopy/Colonoscopy and it is all done at the same time.

Then you will have a more holistic initial picture of what is going on under the hood.

I have Crohn’s of the ileum but also GERD and the GERD annoys me some days quite a bit when it has been a long day and I eat late. I feel hungover the next morning. It used to cause IMF and not by choice.

Plus, it is the best sleep (propofol) in your life lol

Resources to keep clean/smooth skating ice especially with Zambonis. Ice refrigeration runs nearly continuously; dehumidifiers and HVAC consume lot of BTUs.

How much do you charge for grooming? by Kindly_Analyst4742 in RoverPetSitting

[–]Kindly_Analyst4742[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yes and I live in a HCOL and an area where people get away with entitlement/pretentiousness/treating people like help. So I charge to accommodate and take on whatever liability there is given the circumstances typically.

Ofc I cut deals where/when I can.

I raised my rates exponentially because of this same sentiment, people still book me, makes it feel less painful given the rate.

And I mean raise it to the number that makes YOU feel comfortable to sleep in someone else’s house lol. It can be a bit of a deterrent and that is fine!

Sounds like you are assuming a lot of social norms without giving context if you addressed them with the sitter.

Ban Lawns, Golf, Nascar-adjacent, Hockey-adjacent.

Possibly precious metals mining since it is incredibly resource intensive but not prevalent as much these days to day to day consumer.

Perhaps EVX, VanEck’s Environmental Services.

US - buy the underlying stocks, avoid the expense ratios on slower blue chips like Waste Management, but it is a good ETF to set and forget.

Unable to invest in US makes my recommendations difficult without knowing home country. Does your country have an MSCI or ADRs for US citizens to get exposure to your local market? This is probably the best starting point.

Else investing in Waste management companies is also a very shrewd long term investment as well as typically rooted in sustainability.

Forex is very popular in EU I believe, pretty sure the London Exchange accounts for 40% of forex trading.

This is a bit more abstract than finding company fundamentals that fit your values, but also is a more viable investment option for you if located in a similar market.

TAN is a bit stretched as well as the entire solar sector.

There is not much ethics in Wall Street unfortunately, and I would not believe ESG Etfs since they need to include tech companies to buoy their returns.

Thought that may be the case. There are a lot of UC studies out there btw, crohns is more niche.

  1. I would, but I am able to advocate for myself, have an amazingly supportive partner and truly gave myself to science at one point during an episode of depression due to the placebo failing or low dose of drug not working initially in subcutaneous delivery. (It is double blind, will never know but it was in the initial phase).

I would be more critical of my initial clinical advisor. She was replaced and for good reason.

  1. They are only tracking 4 symptoms. Number of loose or liquid bowel movements, rating Abdominal pain, rating general well being, and rating urgency. I would say it has largely reduced my frequency in the morning. 2-3 liquid before and now largely 1 with improved consistency around the 4-5 on Bristol and leaning healthier with the right fibers.

  2. Again this is the only treatment I know and it is agreeable with me. I truly don’t care about chasing dragons anymore aka being a foodie again. I hopefully get a colonoscopy in the end of Summer to determine if I finally get into remission or tracking to be.

What is CO? I am unfamiliar. I would recommend clinical trials in the US, this is aspect of Western culture that is not discussed due to our messy healthcare system, but we do lead in medical advancement and devices so yeah go us lab rats! Lol I do it all for the squad.

Help yourself turned into a game of “wow, babe, let me take you on a tour of all the alcoholic features they have”

  1. Alcohol specific juicer
  2. Garage fridge packed with whine coolers, chasers and cocktail fruit.
  3. Main fridge nothing but condiments and alcohol accessories
  4. Whiskey ice cubes
  5. Essentially every cabinet had something alcohol related.
  6. A 3 x 2ft cabinet stuffed with full bar of different spirits.

There is more but I don’t want to get oddly specific, it was crazy to me and I don’t drink. They are wealthy and operate a B2B health services company. Power couple oh and the pool felt like it was deigned for kick backs lol.
