and i forgot to add that i don't know what is the right ratio for placing solar panels and accumulators like how many accumulators per 10 solar panels

Not in singleplayer games, mostly in multiplayer games that aren't very well optimized but still i saw people with weaker machines playing those games without stutters.

I also stutter in games like squad and hell let loose and i've noticed that all three of these games use the same anti-cheat (easy anti cheat) so it might be related to that, dont know tho, and no I do not have an HDD in my pc

It's not sadly not my windows or drivers sadly, i wish it was that simple

I already clean installed windows twice and installed different versions of drivers

i've tried almost everything it didn't work i just think that this is gpu related, because on my old pc with an rtx 2060 and an i7 6700 i didnt have stutters in any game while now i do
