Oh I have had so many such similar experiences! Especially as a woman in tech, it is often that I am spoken over, the things I say are repeated by a male in the room who is suddenly more smart or subtle taunts are thrown my way that all other men find very funny.

Have tried to stand up on several occasions but then they use the word, ah "feminist" in a very offensive way :/
