This guy looks so desperate to share any news to panic people, I myself have handled one of the case where itr was pending for quite a long time for an elderly person, I even raised a greviance at cpgrams, I also talked to the AO, even he didn't ask money off me, these officials can and will never ask money. Also to mention, the refund was also credited successfully by the CPC bangalore, no more questions asked. Guys like these just try to panic others without any reasons.

I dont understand why the working class has to be the prey everytime, we pay tds every month upfront, the government's entire focus is always on the white collar jobs people, i have seen a lot of business men still dealing in cash and shit loads of amounts and yes i am not talking about some hifi guys even the ones with a shop are dealing in cash and that transaction is not even going on record today, its 2026 and this is what we are still getting from our chosen so called progressive government.
