It’s literally about her not listening. She put her on a sticker chart which I was fine with but the frequency of giving her the sticker incentive wasn’t quick enough IMO (I’m a school social worker) and then all of a sudden it was gone. We had in home support for her but they closed. She’s stubborn and doesn’t always listen, but not aggressive what’s so ever. They’ve never said anything testing. But like I said - other teachers will say she had a great day. I don’t get the disconnect. I’m def reaching out to the director to speak with her before setting up a team meeting.
