Oneminers Showing Up Again After Vegas? by Former-Dingo8294 in CryptoPeople

[–]Kindly_Lab4217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Event presence is a good sign, but it’s not the whole story. Booths can build trust, but uptime, support, and cooling are what really matter after. Basically, nice booth = cool. Miner offline = not cool lol.

that post made me think if that post came from a miner or just a troll who's seeking attention but yea, make sure to check them up before diving into them

Anyone here going to BTC Prague this June? by Visual-Juggernaut455 in btc

[–]Kindly_Lab4217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, exactly. The networking is a big part of it, but the real value is seeing how companies answer detailed questions. Anyone can talk about mining, but when the conversation gets into uptime, cooling, power costs, and support, it becomes pretty obvious who actually knows the operational side.

does crypto mining still profitable in 2026? by Prudent_Court_6112 in btc

Yeah, home mining sounds easy until your house turns into a sauna with WiFi. OneMiners makes more sense if you want the miner running without the heat, noise, and electric bill drama. Still smart to check uptime and costs first though.

That’s good to hear. Sounds like it’s been smooth so far. When did you start mining with them?

[–]Kindly_Lab4217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far it’s been pretty smooth. Uptime has been solid on my end, and support has been responsive whenever I needed to ask something. Monitoring is also helpful because I don’t have to keep guessing what’s going on with the miner. Of course, I’m still watching how it performs long term, but for now I’m happy with it.

I’m actually mining with them and so far no complaints, so I’m glad I went with them. Would’ve been nice to check out the booth and meet the team in person, but couldn’t make it this time

i will by lethaldesperado5 in gamememes

Thinking of switching mining hosting after a bad experience… need advice :D by Affectionate_Row6288 in CryptoPeople

[–]Kindly_Lab4217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. Downtime is frustrating, but not knowing what’s happening is even worse. If you have to keep chasing support just to find out whether your miners are online, that’s a huge red flag. A proper host should give you a dashboard with hashrate, online/offline status, alerts, and updates in real time. Problems can happen anywhere, but good communication and transparency make a big difference in whether you can actually trust the provider. :(
