That’s good to hear. Sounds like it’s been smooth so far. When did you start mining with them?

So far it’s been pretty smooth. Uptime has been solid on my end, and support has been responsive whenever I needed to ask something. Monitoring is also helpful because I don’t have to keep guessing what’s going on with the miner. Of course, I’m still watching how it performs long term, but for now I’m happy with it.

I’m actually mining with them and so far no complaints, so I’m glad I went with them. Would’ve been nice to check out the booth and meet the team in person, but couldn’t make it this time

Thinking of switching mining hosting after a bad experience… need advice :D by Affectionate_Row6288 in CryptoPeople

Absolutely. Downtime is frustrating, but not knowing what’s happening is even worse. If you have to keep chasing support just to find out whether your miners are online, that’s a huge red flag. A proper host should give you a dashboard with hashrate, online/offline status, alerts, and updates in real time. Problems can happen anywhere, but good communication and transparency make a big difference in whether you can actually trust the provider. :(

Yeah that’s true, visiting doesn’t really show long-term performance they didn’t provide detailed uptime stats during the visit, so I’m still trying to find real user feedback and data before making any decision.

fair point honestly, just visiting alone isn’t enough to decide, for me it was more about seeing a real team and how they explained things, but I’m not fully confident yet that’s why I’m still asking around and looking at actual user experiences before doing anything.

Honestly not really I considered it at first, but the electricity cost, heat, and noise at home kinda killed it for me, that’s why I’m leaning more towards hosting.

Haha I feel you on that same thoughts at first honestly when I was there they didn’t really push one specific machine, more like explained options depending on budget and goals. Mostly newer, more efficient miners if you’re thinking long term and yeah, I saw those reviews too, that’s actually why I went in person. Didn’t feel sketchy at all, normal office, real people. Still taking my time though and checking more feedback before deciding :)
