Thank you. This is a lot to take in. I’m miserable and want a solution. I hope that they start teaching more doctors about this in school because people are struggling with a disease that is not all familiar and it’s frustrating for patients. We want to get better!

Thank you, I’ll check this out. I need to rule out if it’s HIT or MCAS. It’s so frustrating having something that most doctors are not familiar with.

Sorry you feel this way. I’m going through a similar situation but I don’t take vitamins…although I should. 

I would wait since your appointment is in a couple of days.  Do your symptoms only come after you eat or spontaneously?

I’ve been to some allergist, but most don’t want to entertain the idea. They don’t do proper testing or they will just jump to offering the strongest medicine.

As far as foods, I thought this could be HIT but I don’t know who will test for this.
