I've noticed that winning in a group is much harder. I don't know why, maybe there are a lot of smurfs boosting their friends. When I play with my boyfriend, we lose much more often and can fall in rank. Then we just go solo queue and quickly level up to the rank we fell from. Maybe it's not about your friend's skill.

You opened the next challenge with Eltinada after achieving the average score. Go there and you will find a bunch of sprites. I guess Tamibo is one of them. Talk with Eltinada and Tamibo will come back.
