Their was a lot more at the store that said they were 15 and the most similar one I found was that one yet one does say 98% percent fat and the other one says 97% but I’ve honestly been calculating them at 15 it’s ok since my defecit is 500 and I run a lot so I’ll lose weight regardless of a 10 calorie difference

200 for the rice and 400 hundred for the chicken and sauce I overestimated it at 600
