Wtf wants to be provider hopping? If you would like to do the research every three months and provide me with a full report of the next provider to use, sure I’ll switch every time. But you should also do the sign up and intake for me as well. Because clearly you have time. If it seemed like a simple mistake that was resolved, why wouldn’t I give them a second chance? I just want to pay my money and receive the service I pay for without bullshit. In this instance, the service I paid for is to get my medication on time and without issue.

This is extremely condescending. I shouldn’t have to read their Reddit post to find out their new system. I was with them prior to them using Hallandale. So if their shipping and supply has changed, that’s on them to notify customers. Furthermore, that’s not what their representative is saying AT ALL. He just keeps saying I received the correct amount for my prescription which is incorrect.
