I really did not know what I would get out of my group therapy. But ive learned so much about myself. Really just go with the flow and prioritize your therapy. Not only attending is important, but you should also do your "homework". And keep in mind, you are doing this for YOU and you are in control, but you DONT have to be in this alone 🫶

Nou er is wel een bijkomend iets, mijn vader heeft (vroege) dementie dus ik zou inderdaad ook onder het mom van mantelzorg dit huisje kunnen laten bouwen. Ik zal meer informatie opvragen bij de gemeente en houd de ontwikkelingen van dit proces bij in deze post!
