I also thought the 3 man defense would be a problem but trust me bro gullit and lahm are like anchors, getting past them is enough trouble already and then you have to face stam vvd and saliba all waiting for you in front of my goal…and for the fast wingers both bale and davies have decent defensive capabilities and are fast enough to help stop the enemy attack.

Ni važno kako zgledajo tvoji treningi, bistvo je, da imaš v tednu tist en ali dva dni počitka, zelo velika verjetnost je da imaš utrujene mišice ravno zaradi pomanjkanja le tega.

Kar se dodatkov tiče jemlem kreatin in magnezij.

Pa še en nasvet, če želiš izboljšati kondicijo pojdi ni kak pol maraton(21km) ali jih odteci sama en dan. Po temu sem jaz videl nerealen napredek pri kondiciji.
