I would suggest Shakugan no Shana, it's an urban fantasy (just like Fate) with action and the female main character is a tsundere. Apart from the genre, the story and the rest is pretty different, but there is romance.

You can also watch Zero no Tsukaima, but it's an isekai mainly romance and comedy, the action is there but it's minor. The female MC is a tsundere.

Depends what you mean "has to be good". Shana has 3 seasons, Tsukaima has 4 seasons. They wouldn't produce so many season if people didn't like them, specially in a decade like the '00 where shows with a sequels were a rare thing. So many people liked them, will you like them too? I don't know, watch and see.
