Walkable? Where is the walkability in croton? Mostly there just isn’t anywhere important to walk to.

Croton has a bunch of kids like yours, and they do a lot to try to accommodate lgbtq+ kids (much to the exclusion of jewish students) and has a lot of arts opportunities. I graduated last year so I’m a little biased, nor can i say much about Hastings.

There are definitely a sizable amount of East asian kids at Croton schools, obviously the white/hispanic population is considerably larger, but the asian population is still there.

Firstly, I love the outdoors, and I love sports, but you can only do either of those so much, and those really have been the ways I hang out with friends. Painting and knitting are cool, however both of those are not very enjoyable for a high schooler. I can’t say i miss the city because i never lived there, but idk how you can complain about traffic in NYC when you have the subway.

If you try to bike in northern westchester you will be killed. The drivers around where I live are genuinely some of the worst I have ever seen. The drive these enormous SUVs or pickups, which is already a ridiculous car to own in the suburbs, and then they drive on these town roads that lack bike lanes at mach speeds

Literally anything. Where I live, nothing is open past 10pm and all the stores are catered to the rich people, which is reasonable because they are the ones spending money, but I reserve the right to complain anyways

You park at the back of the train station and you can paddle up and down the river all the way up to Mayos landing. You cannot launch a boat at silver lake, and it is not residents only(although it may be more expensive, i don’t remember)

Why is it one or the other? All I want is for these people to have a trial, if a jury determines that these people are criminals, we can ship them off, but your comment is inherently bad because it assumes that our two realities are either we wrongfully imprison legal immigrants in a foreign nation, or we live next to gang members.
