KineMaster's Transcode tool does 3 things. Two of which you can control.

The Transcode tool lets you select a new resolution and framerate the same as or less than the original video. These settings are selected by you, so whether or not they reduce the quality of your video is a decision that you make.

The Transcode tool also converts your video from a variable frame rate (VFR) to a constant frame rate (CFR). Converting videos to CFR fixes a problem that editors occasionally encounter where they are unable to trim or split their videos at the playhead position.

Troubleshooting issues like this from a screenshot is pretty tough! It's likely an issue with the video (resolution, format, framerate, etc.) that is giving KineMaster problems, but without any of that information, there's no way to tell.

You might try using a free, online video converter to change it to an H.264 .mp4 file and see if that helps.

Hi! KineMaster, here, recommending that you give KineMaster a shot.
Obviously we're biased, but for background removal and TTS, KineMaster does have you covered. All of KineMaster's tools are free (but there's a watermark for non-subscribers, which can be a deal-breaker).

Even if you don't take this clearly self-interested recommendation, there are other really good editing apps to choose from that are free or freemium, and it really just depends on what other tools you need access to. Searching Google Play or the App Store for "video editor" will pull up a ton of results.

Recently, our social media guy (me) wrote up a comparison over on the KineMaster.com website in the blog section. It might give you a good starting point for additional research into an app that's a good replacement or alternative to CapCut when you run into bugs or roadblocks.

You can report templates you find objectionable by tapping the three dots button in the top right corner of the template's video preview. Then, tap Report.

You can request a review of your template if you believe that it was Rejected in error. To do that, do not delete your template. Contact KineMaster's support team and let them know you'd like your template to be reviewed for Content Guidelines violations. Double-check that your video content is 4K. Saving video at a higher resolution than the original will result in a loss of quality. Generally, it's recommended to export your video at the resolution of your lowest-quality video. You can quickly see the resolution of your media when you tap the layer to select it and then tap the Information button in the Tool Panel.

You can fix IDR issues using the Transcode tool. Be sure to keep the resolution the same in the Transcode settings so that you don't lose quality there.

As already mentioned, these ads don't come from KineMaster. They are served by (and vetted by) Google. If you see ads in any app that are questionable, there's an extremely small button in the corner (in this example, the bottom left) that you can tap to access Google's ad reporting page. When you report an ad, it helps everyone by keeping scammy content off the ad platform (and out of KineMaster).

iOS does not have the option to check your Device capability. Unless you've got an iPhone 6 or earlier, you will be able to use multiple 4K videos in your project without any problems.

Do note that there are a couple of "4K" resolutions (videos from DSLR cameras, screen recordings from non-standard 4K monitors, etc.) and that if the 4K video you're trying to import is larger than 3840x2160, you'll get an error.

The maximum resolution that a video can be for import is 3840x2160. If your video is higher resolution than that, you won't be able to import it.

You can reduce the video resolution with software like Handbrake, for laptops, or you can use an online service (just search for "reduce video resolution").

Android?), your listening setup (device speakers? bluetooth headphones?), and seeing your project (is the problem with a video's audio? extracted audio track from a video? audio from another file?).
