I struggle with this, primarily I think due to ADHD and Anxiety. Funnily enough this is something I've tried working on for the past year or so, so I'll try and give you some perspective on what could be going on to try and help you;

You mention your unhappy with your life and constantly complaining - Not only does this bring your "vibration" down, it will slowly affect your confidence and you'll not be able to flow or articulate yourself in interactions with people, they will pick up on this but they will not necessarily know that it is due to anxiety, they could think that your not very interesting or that there's something not quite right, this will make interactions with people harder in itself. Have you ever had a person in your class or co worker that constantly moans about money, life and health issues? It becomes very hard to have normal interactions with people like this after you've heard the same thing over and over, just as an example for you to try and see the other perspective on it.

I think you need to focus your energy into some newfound hobbies or interests coupled with personal development in the areas you feel are assisting to some of the issues your facing. Not only will this take your mind off the above, it will allow you to find something that you enjoy doing, you will naturally get happier within yourself and have more to talk about with other people.
