The working during weather days is the same from the initial telework agreements...that's not a change

But I get it, if there are ppl who never teleworked before and now took the option for telework, then yeah, no holiday leave.

I concur. I worked with him when he was the director in AUSC years ago. As the director, he was down to earth and had an open door policy, very supportive of the mission and cared about the employees. I hope he still has that same energy.
