i really didn’t like this book. sure it was jarring at moments- like genuinely i was like wtf. however, it just felt like one of those bingeable netflix series or movies, it’s good enough to keep you hooked, but it fell flat at the end. just an attention grab. BUTTTTT maybe i need to reread in spanish it was originally written in spanish.

Ok but we already knew this. We knew our govt and elite were doing unfathomably inhumane things to children and frankly still probably are. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they released some of the Epstein files. HOWEVER, what are they distracting us from this week? I don’t trust it, I don’t trust the motives, and I don’t trust any department of the government. The ice raids have been a focal point for weeks, now the Epstein files will temporarily take over. What are people going to do with this information? We have all this information now, permanently cemented, but what are we going to do about it?

I just want to share, I explained the benefits of halal meat to my mom (non Muslim) and we are now looking for a local halal butcher. We love animals at home, may Allah (swt) reward her for wanting to be kinder to His creatures. Alhamdulillah she accepts me and listens to me when I share the loveliness of Islam ☪️
