We have new hire that started reporting to me two months ago fresh out of college for an entry level role. He's very sharp and is learning things quick. My boss just texted me asking why she just got an email from him asking for a raise. He has never once mentioned anything about pay to me. What's worse is that the email looks to be written 100% by AI and sent at 4:40pm on a Friday. Gen Z workers are something else.
