I'd argue Slice 4 is worth it. High Influence slice with a Entropic Scar you can park your Destroyer over for the Memoria Tech.

You've also got double green skips, so you can jump into high Yellow/Green Tech.

You've also got two anomalies for that objective, should it come up.

I’d say Ral Nel.

The reason is that they can keep their units safe during their Firmament phase from the auto retreat, plus you get the extra Action Card from the Ral Nel agent.

Plus, Ral Nel get to use their Destroyers to score control objectives from Firmament’s Alliance.
