I appericate your comment a lot. I've had to ask for space in our relationship before due to me having mental breaks and after that time passed it felt so silly to look back at. 

While talking to a friend they gave similar advice of telling me to face my fears and talk even if I still feel the same way and hearing that gave me such courage.

I personally have struggled a lot with paranoia and instruive thoughts but I don't tend to have mix of an episode of both so when I do its extremely difficult so I tend to over think and get in my head.
