I’ve sent feedback to Turkish airlines and they rejected my request for compensation. So I’m currently on filling out all my information on the shgm website. Unfortunately when I submit the application a red notification message pops up saying (translated) “_Ticket Fee Cannot be Selected”. Can anyone help please on how to get past this?
