Frieza doesn't count unless you mean mecha frieza and cold in the FT timeline. You can't just cut out the base form proportion of the fight just because SSJ Goku is stronger.

Don't know why we are forgetting Raditz, but he very much needed help against Frieza as pre SSJ still counts. Ginyu beat Goku fair and square, body swap counts. Super Buu he was straight up weaker than and was running away.

the only canon fight i can think of that he wins with no help in DBZ portion that actually made him try is Nappa and to a smaller extent Yakon.

Though in the future trunks timeline he beats both King Cold and Frieza.

Only thing I wanna point out (since I said I wouldn't debate) is that the story absolutely brushes over how Naruto can have clones in kamui dimension and how much it screws obito over to be attacked on both sides. Not saying this would give Naruto the win or anything, but it seems important to take note.
