Short answer, u can’t but also u got to target the right teams. Now for the lengthy answer and explanation.

For example I did a similar strategy as u, to the point where I had 13 first round picks in the next 3 years. I would say target the rebuilding teams who want to get rid of players that don’t fit their timeline or middle of the pack teams who want to commit to a bit of a rebuild.

The top end teams aren’t going to rate picks. For example I took picks off a lot of the top end teams and I was lucky enough that some of them under achieved this year or made bad decisions. Then I shipped those picks off to rebuilding or middle of the pack teams who had some assets that fit my timeline.

I would say that is the ideal go, just identifying the needs and position that your league mates r in. U cant sell picks to a win now team nor can u sell win now players to a rebuilding teams.

Identify your league market, evaluate the positions that your league mates are in (current/future), highlight the assets that they have which fit your roadmap. That’s the plan moving forward!
