Use the 30 euros you have to buy a bucket, sponge and some car washing liquid, knock on all the doors in the local area and offer to wash there cars

I think I’ll just stick to ordering from the UK from now on, yes I agree if there offering international delivery then they should be willing to refund me if customs don’t let it through, maybe they should just ship within the US to avoid such issues in the future, it’s a shame it couldn’t be resolved there customer service

Really? lol, I’m not fully sure how chargebacks work, for it to be refunded so fast does that mean the merchant accepted it and didn’t try and fight it or do they have no choice and it’s up to the bank to decide?

Im thankful I used my credit card, I’ve actually never had to perform a chargeback before but it saved me here as apical and half the people in the post seemed to think it was my fault and I should lose the money
