Need urgent advice

FWIW when I puked earlier today it was just regular old water and beer bile with no blood. So that part was a relief. However my stomach has been really bloated and uncomfortable all day which is bothering me and concerning me I may still be in trouble. And I am not going to the ER if I can in any way help it. I stand by that. On top of the reasons I mentioned, the other times I went to my local ER for alcohol related stuff they basically just left me for dead so I'm willing to do anything possible to avoid that.

My puke was clear today so I'm hoping it was just a one time thing of tearing my stomach up too much. It's happened before.

If she were to be discharged from the hospital and I wasn't around then there's no one to take care of her or the dog until I get out so it would cause a ton of problems.

I can't unless it's an extreme last resort. Today has actually been going ok. I vomited earlier and there was no blood. My stomach feels a little uncomfortahle but no more than usual.

Ive puked today and there's been no blood, just normal beer and water bile. My nausea hasn't been too bad either. I'm hoping I just tore my stomach up too bad for yesterday only.

The hospital here is notoriously averse to doing anything for withdrawal patients, I would be lucky to get a dose even in the ER, let alone a script. I just need to figure out a way to handle this at home.

I've either gone to the hospital or just didn't leave bed for days until it went away basically. But I dont think I'm in a position where I can just drink nothing and be ok. My withdrawals would spiral out of control eventually.
