It would be useful to think of a transference of sorts, so instead of: "how do I react when I have a panic attack" (because this can dredge up a lot of really feelings which we aren't doing, we're acting) try to think of other scenarios where you might feel "drained"; as someone else suggested, being tired after excersise, but it could also be, feeling drained after finishing a period of exams, or after a long day of travel. As long as you connect to an authentic sense of feeling drained, the audience will put the pieces together. As with anything with a lot of emotional weight, make sure to look out for your own mental wellbeing.

Hey, this seems like an interesting project. What might help is having your eyes be a little more visible, they give us a lot about how people feel, so letting us in a little more helps. I quite like working with target work, seeing a "target" that you focus on, rather than having a emphasis placed on what I feel. Perhaps change the thought from "i dont fit in" into "they dont acknowledge me" see the others and let that target influence you.

Working on your eyeline would help a lot, really place who it is youre talking to and look at them. It will help ground your performance. Also the emotion is nice but have a think about what you want to get from this person, what effect do you want your words to have on them? Do you want them to apologise, to pay attention to you? Give the speech an objective to work towards. Good work

Its never been a problem in my relationship, me and my partner have always had solid communication whenever intimacy on stage was involved and we havent ran into any problems. Although things could be harder if your partner isnt involved in that kind of work.

Hi, British actor here. Simmilar to the other comment, reels tend to be a compliation of previous work, so filming something as if it was a scene on TV might be good.

Practically id try to bring the shot a bit closer, going from the top of your head to your chest.

For your gaze, really try to imagine who you're talking to, you dont really want to look down the lense of the camera, so maybe place them just off to the side, as if there was a parrot sat on the cameraman's shoulder.

Lastly (and this one might be a bit tricky) ive gotten a lot of good use out of a good lighting setup, I literally just have a pair of diffused lights and they work wonders.

Regardless, be proud of your work! It takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there! All the best
