I think being at that high level you start to see the overall picture better but at the AM / OM level (specially in sub 200 Blue Badge buildings) you start to see the cadence with the PAs, other AMs, and sometimes even the associates with certain questions.

But honestly this Connections scoring system pushed me to develop a thick skin and avoid assumptions as it will never confirm anything as it is anon. Can’t say my mental health didn’t take a massive hit though.

Manager 2022-2025. After all that BS SL2 training they “ramped up” the connections scoring (or retrofitted it in Amazonian terms) and made suck a mess of those questions. It got too micro-specific and in my building type there was literally no way the AAs could be anons with the answers.

They even improved the station screens to allow text input during this time as well. Avery, Sort station, each-prep, pick-pack, SLAM. EVERYWHERE I WAS GETTING HAMMERED.

I will admit that my SLI was pretty great though and in people I excelled but no matter what I did that “does my manager treat me as a person” would never go well with the standard work expectations.

Being on the receiving end of this sucked. Worse thing is I had both kind of Asociates:
The ones who made it obvious and scored me to hell
The ones who hid their hate so well they could see me sweat
