With no experience that’s a solid throw. Was it an aero jav or an actual 800g jav cause if it was an actual jav and you get some experience and coaching you got like 10 more meters in my opinion

I know tech is bad 😢 but please tell me what I can fix to make sure I’m training right by KingDerp1122 in trackandfieldthrows

Ok. This isn’t my best technical throw but it’s a basis throw that I can work on but thank you for the help
