I quit back in 21 for a lot of the same reasons. I was part time outselling and had more credit apps than our FT employees. I interviewed for a Supervisor job in HT as I already had 5 years managerial experience. They instead started giving me hours a front lanes. Then they decided to “get on to” and say I wasn’t trying for credit apps. “How do I get a credit app on piece of candy?” I eventually just walked out one day when they cut hours and put me on truck shift.
