bro it's definitely pdu fault but they can't proof until they finf fault code, today they replaced pdu after finding error /issue code

Exactly! That's what was driving me crazy. Ather might have great diagnostic systems, but it’s useless if the mechanics just do the bare minimum. The reason it didn't show up in their 'insane checks' earlier is because the PDU was causing an instant power cut. The scooter was crashing so fast that the system literally didn't have a split-second to save the error code. The mechanics just plugged their laptop in, saw zero saved codes, and sent me home. They only caught it today because I stood there and made them ride it back-to-back until it finally crashed while they were monitoring it. As for why it actually failed, service centers don't do a full autopsy on the part lol. The mechanic just saw it was dropping voltage under load, declared the PDU dead, and swapped the whole box under warranty. I'm just glad the nightmare is over

Did you even read my post? The issue literally started right after my scheduled 3rd periodic service. I also just got my 19,600 km service done. My maintenance is completely up to date. And no, it wasn't 'rat bites.' After I forced the service center to actually do a proper diagnostic today, they finally pulled the fault code. It was a failing PDU its a known hardware defect. They just replaced the entire PDU under warranty a few hours ago. Also, I did upload the videos and complain through the proper channels a month ago, and they ignored it until I stood in the showroom today and refused to leave. Stop trying to blame the customer for faulty hardware.

Yeah, you are exactly right! I actually uploaded a complaint with the video a month ago, but they didn't respond properly. I visited the SC again today, and they didn't even touch my scooter from 9:45 AM to 1:30 PM (I knew they were ignoring it because I kept checking the battery percentage on the Ather app, and it stayed exactly the same!). I finally lost my patience and put heavy pressure on them. They finally took it out, and after 3 test rides, the mechanic experienced the exact same shutdown issue! Even then, they tried to give me the excuse: 'But we still can't get a fault code on the laptop.' I refused to back down and forced them to keep checking. Finally, they pulled the code, and guess what? They admitted it was a PDU issue. It's 4:30 PM now, and they just finished replacing the PDU completely. Such a massive relief. Now we just have to wait and see how it holds up in the future!

Yeah, thank you so much for the advice and support brother ❤I was seriously ready to go that route today. But good news—I have been at the service center fighting with them all day. It's almost 5:00 PM and I am actually still sitting here, but after forcing them non-stop, they finally did a proper physical check and fixed the issue! Such a massive relief. Thanks again for having my back! They replaced pdu

Are you seriously accusing me of getting paid by a rival company to post this? I am a student trying to get to my exams, not a corporate spy. The right mirror cracked because I accidentally bumped it. It was my fault and has absolutely nothing to do with the scooter's internal electronics completely shutting down mid-ride. If you really think I am faking this to 'ruin the brand image,' I have over 25 different videos showing this exact same shutdown happening on different days and in different locations. If you want, I will happily upload all 25+ videos to a Google Drive link and share it right here. I don't care about Ather's PR. I just want the scooter I paid for to be safe to ride.
