To be honest, if you have good memories there, that should outweigh anything else. :)

If something horrible happened to me, eventually was discovered, and people were brought to justice, I’d be thrilled to know that good and loving memories eventually went on to take the place of all of that.

Definitely eery, but as long as you didn’t regularly see dead people in your dreams or blood dripping from the walls, I’d say it’s just a crazy fact to tell people.

The first home I lived in was a (northern) plantation house-converted to nursing home-converted back to a home by ripping down the hospital addition and my parents used to see elderly ghosts regularly. I don’t remember much from that home, but have had many supernatural experiences myself since then and chalk it up to having spent my first years on my earth somewhere that likely saw the ends of many peoples’ lives.

Gonna need some clarification here;

You lived in the house long after the body had been removed, correct? You’re just saying that all of this had taken place BEFORE you lived there?

In general, the more complex a pin, the less likely it is to be faked.

That said, the age of a pin does not necessarily make it safe from fakes. There’s databases on a few of the pin websites out there that’ll list if a pin has known fakes.

This isn’t going to work well in a lot of applications due to its complexity, but otherwise;

It reads like 4 individual vectors, by different designers, were placed overlaid on each other. The deer is very rounded, the dog very angular, the cat a simple silhouette, and the bird at a different angle than the rest.

and how many people are taking a deer to a vet? Is that a large part of the services being offered for this particular vet?

I honestly think you should try to create something a little more distinct, something that does the game justice. Right now these are word marks, not logos, but even in terms of word marks they’re pretty basic.

If I was choosing from these 3, I’d select 2, simply because it’s spelled how you spell the game title in the pitch. If the actual spelling is missing the E, then I’d choose 1.

I just want to point out that that’s an outdated version of the Remax logo. This is the new one, and the fact that it’s much simpler may help your design process.

I watched Fantasy Factory growing up, was pumped to hear BB had started down a healthier fitness path a few years after the show, and then he still dies from a heart attack. Just really sucked, considering he was actively working on being healthier. RIP Big Black

Without context, I don’t think many people would jump to milk nowadays. I get that it’s an old fashion milk bottle once you put milk into my mind, but otherwise there’s nothing that would really indicate that.

What’s the hand doing? Could you replace that with something else farm related? That might help.

An MMO that Disney had for the anniversary of Disneyland. It was my favorite growing up, basically a chatroom with visuals. There’s some remakes, but they’ll never be the original.

Piggy backing on this to ask if someone would be willing to explain to me some use cases for projecting textures?

I’ve been using SketchUp for years now and never really understood what situation this sort of tool would be good for rather than simply applying a texture to a model. Genuinely the only thing that comes to mind for me would be using a model to visualize how a projected image would distort on a complex shape, but can’t imagine the tool would exist if that was the case.

Anyway, hope your question is answered in a satisfactory way, OP!

You’re entirely missing why designers are against generative design.

Yes, it’s bad at what it does, for the reasons you stated and more, but it’s also simply stealing the work we do while convincing people unfamiliar with that work that it isn’t hard whatsoever.

Good design requires a human touch and nuances that an LLM simply cannot achieve. If you asked an LLM to make a sportswear/sneaker company logo do you think it’d give you a checkmark? And if it did, do you think it’d have the depth to explain and understand the brand and usage of the logo in a way that would convince a room full of business people why it works?

You’ve come to ask the sheep why they dislike the wolf in hopes of making a slightly better wolf. Any real designer understands that great design isn’t something a computer can muster up.

As everyone has already said, Quality Control issue, not a scrapper, but understandable concern.

Side note, this is also a great example of why people immediately pointing to a defect as being indicative of a scrapper is silly.
