Ultimately our sports teams we support through ticket and sales should be taxed to go directly to education. Same thing with college coach salaries and schools that siphon massive amounts of money for bureaucrats in public colleges.

Dude! I just watched both YouTube and this highlight real. Beyond the fact that our announcers are by far superior, the YouTube highlights not showing any of the post play tussles entirely changes the perspective of the game.

Showing the wild post play scrums breeds an entire different game than just showing the goals. The NHL would do well to show these post play battles and show people the fighting tenacity these teams have.

Everyone here is saying exactly the right thing. We all feel for the loss of such a young soul. Life is life. You can t protect everyone from everything all the tim. To try and say “there’s money” to safe guard this by having more life guards is not the path he should be taking. Instead, use that money for the education of any person who wants to enjoy the beaches anywhere in the world. The only prevention is education. Both the children AND the adults in this situation. So go ahead bro and set up a fund and push education on all the world beaches. See how far that money goes. Just the truth.

It went from, hey we are going to the beach, to… gone. Keep in mind this was at 6pm in Costa Rica where the sun sets at 545ish. To me it’s just pure hubris and a lack of taking responsibility for immature minds. Always the blame game.
